Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged on orders below ₹499.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct when placing an order.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@ecodrops.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

International Shipping

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
