By accessing or using the EcoDrops website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets). In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If a deduction occurs, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold stated on our website. EcoDrops is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ecodrops.in with your order number and photographs of the product. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of EcoDrops and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

EcoDrops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Individual results may vary.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
